T-Shirts

Coming up with a unique t-shirt design every year is quite a task. But coming up with the number of shirts, sizes and colors for each category required is even a greater job. So, this year I'm thinking about having a t-shirt vendor who can make the shirts on site as selected by the buyer. Does anyone know a good reliable vendor who does this?
