Well, we finally used the new pavilion this evening with a little impromptu "ice cream social". After Joe came in from baling hay, we thought a little vanilla homemade ice cream would hit the spot on a hot evening like tonight. So, we cranked up a batch (by hand) and were joined by the Moores, the Suttons and one of our campers......Mike. Sure was good. We usually make ice cream on Sunday evenings during the summer but couldn't wait this week. There's a nice breeze that blows through the pavilion and we all enjoyed visiting. This will be the last night this week to be able to take time out for much of anything as next week is FESTIVAL WEEK!
We're still getting calls for reservations and I hope everyone will come out and enjoy these bands we are bringing in. The music is going to be great! We hope you are making plans to join us.
